Real Tile & Slate Roofing

FairClaims Roofing has a great deal of experience both replacing and installing tile and slate roofs on new homes. If your home was not originally built for tile or slate, the roof and/or slab is most likely not engineered to support the heavy weight of most tile or slate roofs. There are some lightweight alternatives but most tile roofs are very heavy in weight. Tile can be made of clay or concrete and come in a variety of styles and molds. Real slate roofs are quarried in slate mines and are a completely natural product. These roofs require copper or stainless steel fasteners and flashings to prevent corrosion from occurring. We would love to discuss you tile or slate roof project to help determine the product that right for you and estimate accordingly.
